When it Poured: A Travelogue Of The Old Uttarakhand

I was in Uttarakhand 10 days before the great deluge arrived and destroyed everything. Here’s a little travelogue.  Rains. The pitter patter of raindrops against my window, the smell of wet mud, the childlike happiness as the first downpour occurs somewhere in mid June; perhaps the only phenomena that makes me absolutely sanguine, every time.
